(Contracts are also available for those seeking employment of a shorter duration for. e.g 1 Week and Upwards.) SENIOR NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR (6-9 MONTHS)

A leading wealth asset management company, based on the outskirts of Douglas, is seeking to recruit an experienced New Business Administrator for a period of 6-9 Months. Reporting to their Customer Services Manager, responsibilities will include: *Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory AML and Counter Terrorism Financial control purposes *Ensuring that new business applications are accepted and processed in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures *Data capturing and recording management information data *Providing support and assistance to the sales force and brokers. The ideal Candidate will have acquired: *A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a new business role within investments or life assurance *Strong communication and organisational skills *The ability to effectively manage customer and staff relationships and to respond to queries promptly whilst ensuring promises are kept and expectations are managed. ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR (6 MONTH CONTRACT)

A bespoke construction group located on the outskirts of Douglas is seeking to recruit a friendly and accurate Accounts Administrator for a 6 Month Period. Duties of this role will include: *Preparing VAT Returns *Formatting invoices *Processing payments

*Submitting monthly ITIP/NI returns The ideal Candidate will have gained at least 3 years' experience within a similar role. They will also have achieved a relevant accountancy or bookkeeping qualification (CAT/IAB/AAT.) SAT SYSTEMS ANALYST TESTER (12 MONTH CONTRACT)

A leading life assurance company based on the outskirts of Douglas is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated SAT Systems Analysis Tester for a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Duties of this role will include: *Conducting analysis and producing clear documentation, including technical specifications and test documentation *Identifying and managing test related issues throughout the development lifecycle *Taking ownership for delivering accurate estimates of time and resources for assigned test phases, including dependencies, risks and assumptions *Communicating progress against plan for any work packages assigned *Representing the Systems Analysis and Testing Team on corporate projects. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role, preferably (but not essentially) in a life assurance environment. They will also feel ready to take on the role of analysing and testing software upgrades across their diverse range of systems. They will also have experience of the software development lifecycle.

IT SYSTEMS TESTER (6 MONTH CONTRACT)

A leading provider of investment, savings and protection solutions, based on the outskirts of Douglas, is seeking to recruit a number of IT Testers for a 6 Month Contract (Minimum.) Your main responsibilities will include: *Supporting a large change programme, which will include the stand up of a new administration system, data and system migrations and integration testing *Conducting analysis and producing clear documentation, including test documentation when necessary *Identifying and managing test related issues throughout the development lifecycle *Taking ownership for delivering accurate estimates of time and resources for assigned test phases, including dependencies, risks and assumptions *Communicating progress against test plans. The ideal Candidates will be proficient in: *Using test management tools, for e.g. Jira or Azure DevOps, for test case creation and execution *Working with large migration programmes *Working within a financial services environment. The ideal Candidate will also hold the ISTQB Foundation Level Qualification as a minimum.
