COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR (6 MONTH)

A leading corporate service provider in the heart of Douglas is looking to recruit an accurate Compliance Administrator for a 6 Month Period. The ideal Candidate will have gained at least 2 years' experience within a corporate service provider. A friendly and professional working environment will be rewarded to the successful Candidate.

2 X SENIOR TRUST AND CORPORATE ADMINISTRATORS (6 MONTH)

A leading provider of fiduciary services in the heart of Douglas is looking to recruit 2 x Senior Trust and Company Administrators for a 6 Month Period. Duties will include reviewing files, performing due diligence checks and helping to maintain accurate records.

The ideal Candidates will have gained at least 2-3 years experience within a CSP and will be working towards the ICSA or STEP qualification.

FRENCH/ITALIAN RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT

(1 YEAR)

A leading provider of life assurance and wealth management products and services is looking to recruit a motivated and organised French or Italian Relationship Support Consultant for a 12 Month Period. Duties of this role will include * Administering a varied book of business, including Personal Portfolio products * Carrying out and following through Client and IFA requests to conclusion * Ad-hoc project work. The idea Candidate will have: * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French or Italian * Experience of handling a high volume of external telephone calls, with both Clients and IFAs * Experience in life assurance or a similar customer services based industry * Competency in the use of Microsoft applications, including Word,Outlook, SharePoint and Excel. Candidates who have gained experience within a 'New Business' or 'Payments' role would be at a distinct advantage.

TEST ANALYST (SOFTWARE) (1 YEAR)

A leading provider of wealth management and life assurance products is looking to recruit an experienced Test Analyst for a 12 Month Period. Duties of this role will include: * Taking on the role of 'Test Lead' for projects * Creating test scenarios, cases and plans for projects and individual BAU support JIRAs * Coordinating and reviewing test documentation * Reporting of estimates, test metrics and progress updates to the Test Manager * Coordinating User Acceptance Testing when appropriateThe ideal Candidate will: * Have acquired prior experience in a similar role * Have a comprehensive understanding of the project life-cycle, with a particular emphasis on testing activities. Candidates with Business Analyst skills, experience of Automated Test Tools or holders of an ISEB Certificate in Software Testing would be at a distinct advantage.

BUSINESS ANALYST (6 MONTH)

A leading wealth asset management company in Douglas is looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst for a period of 6 months. The ideal Candidate will have acquired experience of the following:

* Delivering transformation within the Wealth Management arena
* Data migration * Production of business requirement documentation * Strong understanding of change management competencies * Strong Client / Vendor Management experience * Understanding system development methodologies * Understanding of project governance. The ideal Candidate will also have gained a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role.

Candidates with the following skills/knowledge will be at a distinct advantage: * Experience of the InvestPro dealing platform / Microsoft Dynamics or Laserfiche * Experience with working on Wrap / Sipp platforms. A competitive salary will be rewarded to the successful Candidate.
