INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR - 6 TO 8 WEEKS WITH POSSIBLE OPTION TO EXTEND

An international provider of market-leading insurance services based in the heart of Douglas is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated Insurance Administrator.

The duties and responsibilities of the role are varied and will include:

*Providing support, reviewing/updating of claims bordereaux/reports and arranging claims payments on behalf of clients

*Preparing and issuing policy documentation

*Assisting, under guidance, in the provision of company secretarial secretarial services, including attendance at Board meetings, taking of minutes and presentation of reports, where required

*Assisting in the preparation of reports for Board meetings

*Developing an understanding of the clients’ business

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*Experience of working in an Insurance environment is desirable

*Competent with Excel and Word

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Numerate with strong literacy skills

*Highly organised with high standards of accuracy
