A leading trust and company services provider based in the heart of Douglas are seeking to recruit a confident, experienced Office Secretarial Assistant. The duties of this role are varied and will include: *General typing duties including letters, audio and accounts *Making travel arrangements when required *Managing the emails and post trays of senior directors as required *Arranging conference calls *Coordinating the daily post intake. The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate; *Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role *Good audio typing skills *Previous personal assistant experience is desirable *Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications *Excellent communication and organisational skills
