A leading multi-jurisdictional independent corporate and trust service provider, based in the heart of Douglas, is seeking to recruit a diligent, articulate Pensions Administrator. The duties of the role are varied and will include; *Preparing manual and computer generated benefit calculations and related correspondence *Liaising with clients, advisors and employers and attending client and prospect meetings *Processing and checking client pensioner payrolls, including calculation of net pay and arranging payments *Ensuring customer or employer concerns are processed correctly. The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate; *3 – 5 years’ experience in the industry *Good knowledge in relation to tax, drawdown and reporting both on Island and UK *Excellent written and oral communication skills *Good attention to details and analytical skills

A well-established provider of financial services and solutions, based in the heart of Douglas, are seeking to recruit a proactive, articulate Pensions Executive. The duties of the role are varied and will include: *Administrating master trust pension schemes and international group schemes *Administrating benefit payments, investments and pension transfers *Bookkeeping of pension scheme assets *Liaising directly with clients. The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate: *Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above *Ideally 1 year in an administration environment and experience of client portfolio administration *Proficient in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and Word *Experience with VT, CCH and Laserfiche would be advantageous
