The main responsibilities of the role will include assisting with basic office administration including:

*Sorting and delivering incoming mail as required

*Dealing with requests from Directors/Managers

*Assisting with archiving and filing

*Supporting the Secretarial Team manager as required

*Ad hoc tasks including photocopying and monitoring stock levels

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel would be advantageous

*An understanding of Health and Safety matters

*The ability to work as part of a team

RECEPTIONIST/JUNIOR

A leading corporate services provider based in Douglas are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident Receptionist/Junior.

 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

*Meeting and Greeting clients

*Answering telephone calls and directing callers as required

*Preparing post and making deliveries

*Preparing refreshments for visitors

*General office duties as required
