A prominent professional services company based in the Isle of Man, providing services such as audit and assurance, tax consultation, advisory services, and actuarial expertise are seeking to recruit a passionate, proactive HR Manager.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, systems of work

  • Providing advice to management and leadership on complex people matters

  • Providing guidance on all people related topics, including benefits and remuneration queries, queries on performance and talent management, recruitment and career management

  • Managing a small team of HR professionals/HR administrators

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

  • Hold a professional HR qualification at CIPD Level 5 or above

  • In depth knowledge of IOM employment law and resolution management of employee relations issues

  • Deep understanding and knowledge across a range of HR disciplines

  • A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
