The main responsibility of the role will involve supporting the Managing Director on key projects.

The position offers flexible hours working from home, however attending client offices will be required occasionally.

A global firm offering specialised management solutions, based in the heart of Douglas are seeking to recruit an experienced, self-motivated HR Coordinator.

 

The responsibilities of the role will include

*Maintaining and updating employee policy documents in conjunction with Group Human Resources

*Ensuring the new IOM HR policy/decisions are aligned with company policy

*Ensuring that HR frameworks, tools, policies and procedures are up to date, accurate and easily accessible

*Managing preparation of monthly payroll for the IOM, UK and other International payrolls

*Preparing monthly accounting summary and monthly re-invoicing summary

*Managing staff training requests and appraisals

 

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*Educated to degree level is preferred

*Professional qualification CIPD is advantageous however applicants with demonstrable experience will be considered

*Experience of working with a computerised HR Management Information system

*Excellent organisation skills and good attention to detail

*Excellent communication skills
