A long established organisation offering financial services, based in the heart of Douglas, are seeking to recruit an ambitious, meticulous Investment Administrator.

The duties of the role will include:

*Managing and maintaining the correspondence and liaising with clients

*Maintaining client records, databases, documents and files

*Organising the Financial Advisors diaries

*Assisting in preparation of Annual Financial Reviews

*Processing new client information

*Generating valuations and preparing meeting information

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate;

*Previous experience in a customer service role would be advantageous

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Motivation to work towards future career development within the financial services industry
