A highly regarded and reputable provider of company, trust and aviation solutions is seeking to recruit a knowledgeable and career focused Senior Client Services Administrator.

Duties of this role will include: •Administering a "wealth" portfolio of companies/trusts •Liaising with clients, private offices and intermediaries •New business onboarding •Handling company incorporations and dissolutions •Maintaining and obtaining necessary paperwork to ensure client companies are compliant •Undertaking risk assessment and compliance reviews • Acting as a Director and Authorised Signatory on client companies (subject to FSC approval) • Preparing VAT applications • Opening and maintaining bank accounts • Preparing and issuing client company invoices • Providing guidance and training to Team Members

The ideal Candidate will have gained at least 5 years' experience of administering complex company and trust structures, will have or be working towards an industry recognised qualification and will be proficient with regards to the understanding of the Isle of Man's corporate governance regime and tax matters.
