PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

A well-established, multi-jurisdictional, payroll bureau service provider based in the heart of Douglas are seeking to recruit a highly-motivated, experienced Payroll Administrator.

The main responsibilities of the role are to complete all payroll task for clients that fall within the Administrator’s portfolio, which will include:

*Sending client files/chase for payroll changes

*Processing payrolls in an accurate, timely manner

*Checking for clients funds being received

*Keeping employee’s and payroll records up to date

*Reporting monthly to the Payroll Project Manager on each client with feedback

*Assisting in the preparation of year end returns

*Ensuring you are aware of the statutory requirements for government returns

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*2 years’ payroll experience (preferably both IOM & UK)

*5 GCSEs Grade C or above

*Knowledge of payrolls in other jurisdictions is desirable

*Knowledge of data protection and current FSA legislation

*Be highly accurate and motivated

SALES RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

The duties of the role are varied and will include:

*Generating and nurturing customer relationship

*Understanding the customer needs, developing ideas and plans

*Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively and completing root cause analysis

*Supporting the client services team to ensure any matters related to sales are communicated and resolved

*Continuing personal development in order to ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*Proven experience and success within relationship management is essential

*Experience within the payroll, agency and contractor industry is preferable

*Self-motivated and highly organised

*Strong verbal and written communication

*Good sales and negotiation skills

OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

REF 1351

An experienced organisation offering contractor and payroll solutions based in the north of the island are seeking to recruit a number of experienced, flexible Operations Administrators.

There are 3 roles available offering shifts between 8am – 7pm, 2 or 3 days per week.

 

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

*Processing the on-boarding of new clients

*Receiving and processing all KYC required for new on-boarding

*Dealing with all queries and requests raised by the client

*Liaising with agencies on all aspects of client contracts, renewals and payments

*Supporting and communicating with the sales and payroll teams

*Raising Invoices based on timesheets and remittances received

*Dealing with banking reconciliations

 

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*Excellent customer services skills

*Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel

*Excellent communications skills

*A keen eye for detail
