A well-established, multi-jurisdictional, payroll bureau service provider based in the north of the island, are seeking to recruit a highly-motivated, experienced Payroll Administrator.

The main responsibilities of the role are to complete all payroll task for clients that fall within the Administrator’s portfolio, which will include:
*Processing applications to set up new employees
*Updating records with relevant tax authorities
*Entering timesheets
*Sending payroll approval files to clients
*Entering pension contributions to various pension providers
*Handling payroll related queries from clients and employees via telephone and email

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:
*Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
*Prior experience is not essential
*Excellent communication skills

The main responsibilities of the role will include:
*Processing and managing the on-boarding of new clients
*Liaising with agencies relating to contract arrangements and issuing agency packs
*Undertaking introduction and courtesy calls
*Managing all queries and requests raised by the contractor
*Supporting the payroll function
*Liasing with brokers and introducers
The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:
*Previous experience working in a customer facing role
*Experience within the contractor industry is desirable
*Excellent communications skills
*Excellent IT skills
