PENSIONS MANAGER

The duties of the role are varied and will include:
*Providing effective day to day management of the pension trustee team
*Reviewing, updating and implementing of procedures
*Assisting in the preparation delivery and ongoing management of a new CRM system
*Assessing team performance and providing feedback
*Performing customer service functions, including interaction with clients, both internal and external
The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:
*Hold or consider working towards professional qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute or equivalent
*Experience in a similar role is desirable
*Strong leadership and negiotiation skills
*Experience of operations and team management
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SENIOR PENSIONS EXECUTIVE

A busy firm, based in the heart of Douglas, offering accountancy and wealth management services are seeking to recruit a Senior Pensions Executive.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
*Administration for a number of scheme types including master trusts, international group and personal schemes
*Administration of benefit payments, investments and transfers
*Dealing with opening bank accounts, investment portfolios, valuations etc.
*Training and support of pension executives
*Liaising directly with clients
The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate;
*5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pension administration environment
*Experience of client portfolio administration
*Working knowledge of VT, CCH and Laserfiche would be advantageous
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
JUNIOR PENSIONS EXECUTIVE

The duties of the role will include:
*Administering master trust pension schemes and international group schemes
*Bookkeeping of pension scheme assets
*Dealing with the new client take-on process
*Liaising directly with clients
The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate;
*5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
*Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administration environment
* Experience with client portfolio administration would be advantageous
*Working knowledge of VT, CCH and Laserfiche would be advantageous
