An independent asset management firm with a growing global presence, based in the heart of Douglas, are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, meticulous Portfolio Administrator.

The duties of the role are varied and will include:

*Providing Trade Support i.e. broker set-up, security set-up, trade capture/communication/matching, settlements, claims

*Carrying out Cash Administration i.e. client cash flow posting, income monitoring, cash availability reporting, overdraft and high balance monitoring

*Portfolio Reconciliations and Resolutions including transactions, positions, cash – IBOR to Custodian

*Corporate Action Processing

*Class Action Processing

The ideal Candidate will have acquired/be able to demonstrate:

*A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration and/or related college degree with equivalent work experience

*Other industry certifications would be advantageous

*Organised, methodical and detail oriented

*High attention to detail and accuracy within a high-volume work environment
